TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION
You will receive an automatic email confirmation from Google upon placing your order, which may tell you that your order has been shipped. THIS IS INCORRECT; see below for ticket shipping information.
All Tampa Theatre events are either General Admission (seating is first come, first served and your ticket doesn’t assign you to a specific seat) or Reserved Seating (your ticket is for a particular seat). General Admission tickets are denoted GA; Reserved Seating events are denoted RSV. Please see below for details on GA and RSV tickets.
When your order is being processed, you will receive a second email from Google AND (for reserved seating events only) a phone call from our box office staff informing you of your seat location. Please make sure to include a working daytime phone number with your order.

NO GA TICKETS WILL BE MAILED. Tickets will be placed in will call at Tampa Theatre Box Office, and will be available for pick-up Monday – Friday, 10 am – 5 pm starting 7 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE SHOW.

If you wish to have your tickets mailed, please select the “mail tickets” charge for your event along with your tickets.
IF THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE, YOUR TICKETS CANNOT BE MAILED.
Those tickets, and tickets for which the “mail tickets” option was not selected, will be placed in WILL CALL at Tampa Theatre Box Office for pick up ON THE DATE OF THE SHOW.
Seating is subject to availability. Seating requests will be filled in the order in which they are received. In the absence of special seating requests, orders will be filled with the next best available seats in the following order:
FIRST – in the Orchestra Level
SECOND – in the Mezzanine Level
THIRD – in the Balcony Level
If you have a different preference, or have special seating requests, please indicate by including a BRIEF comment in the comment area provided under your ticket option. Your preferences will be accommodated whenever possible. Here are some examples:
- 1st choice – mezzanine, 2nd choice – orchestra
- No closer than the 7th row
- Center section, even if it’s further back
- Split my group up if we’ll get better seats
Wheelchair needs or ADA requirements: Please specify the number of wheelchairs in your group in the comment space provided when you choose your tickets. While we will attempt to seat your entire group together, we can only guarantee one adjacent seat to each wheelchair space
requested.
