Sing-Along Frozen (2013)
If Tampa Theatre learned one thing in the calendar year of 2018, it’s that our audiences really, really like singing along to movies. And listen, we are committed to making that happen for you as frequently as we possibly can. But besides that: it’s Frozen. Disney animated features are always a big deal, but Frozen was legitimately a cultural phenomenon. It’s the highest grossing animated film of all time, the best-selling Blu-Ray of all time, and you are already singing “Let It Go” in your head right now, aren’t you? Luckily it deserves that acclaim. The story of the reconciliation and re-connection of Princess Elsa and her sister Ana is a different kind of love story that the usual princess movie — and it’s one that everyone can connect with. So run through those vocal exercises, dress as your favorite princess, reindeer or snowman, leave your self-doubt at home and come belt one out with a thousand of your closest friends at Sing-Along Frozen.
Before Sunday’s screening, stop by the Frozen Photo Op in the lobby, starting at 2:00pm. You’ll get to MEET ELSA and take home a complimentary 4×6″ commemorative photo with the princess, sponsored by Bank of America.
The Family Favorites classic movie series is presented by Bank of America.
