STARS: Help Tampa Theatre Stay Safely!
It feels like we all have a part in the disaster movie that is the Coronavirus. But Tampa Theatre is looking forward to the final reel of this pandemic story, and we appreciate all of our co-STARS who are helping this majestic movie palace script a happy ending by following a few simple guidelines:
STAY HOME if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, if you are unvaccinated and have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days, or if you are are experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing or shortness of breath.
ALWAYS WEAR YOUR MASK in common areas like the lobby and restrooms, while choosing your seat, and in your seat during the film or performance unless you are actively eating or drinking.
RESPECT A SAFE DISTANCE in the lobby, on the seats and near the restrooms to maintain at least a six-foot separation between parties.
As COVID-19 conditions change, protocols for certain events may also change. Entry requirements and venue protocols are subject to change and may vary from one event to another due to different requirements from various artists and promoters, who continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments.
To ensure entry, we recommend you check the show’s page on this website for the latest information on event status. By purchasing tickets to any Tampa Theatre event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but are not limited to, wearing an appropriate face mask and providing valid ID with either proof of negative COVID-19 test taken within a specified timeframe or an officially issued proof of vaccination card.
We have implemented the precautions above to reduce viral spread at Tampa Theatre, based on current CDC guidelines and in partnership with the infection prevention experts at Tampa General Hospital’s Prevention Response Outreach (TPRO) program. Guests are required to follow all facility guidelines, and any guest who fails to adhere to these policies will be dismissed without refund. If you experience symptoms such as fever, coughing, shortness of breath, or new loss of taste or smell, please notify us before the event so that we may refund your unused ticket. By entering onto the property and utilizing our services, guests voluntarily assume all risks of exposure and hold Tampa Theatre and the City of Tampa free of liability or related damage caused by exposure.
